He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Joseph Burns Sr. and Margaret Elizabeth Kelz; and his brother Stanley Paul Burns. He is survived by: his siblings, Margaret Mary Bourrie, Edward Joseph Burns Jr. (Paulette), Barbara Helen Bundren (Jerry), Nancy Patricia ITimm, Robert Andrew Burns (Shelia) and John David Burns. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
