She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawson Agnew Josey and Ethel Faye Alley Josey; and her siblings, Sue Heiznie and Donald Josey. She is survived by: her children, Cassandra Frederick (Frank) of Henry, TN and Drew Walton of Paris, TN; and her brother Ronald Josey. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
