He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas W Qualls and Lillie Hinson Qualls; and his siblings, Estelle Hinson, Edith Duncan, Melvin Qualls and Ernest Qualls.
He is survived by: his wife Laura Suratt Qualls; his children, Carol Flores of Henry and Keith Qualls (Vicky) of Henry; his grandchildren, April Waddell (Jason), Amanda Crosby (Gareth), Spencer LeBlanc (Amanda), Eric Joel Flores, Josh Archer (Ashlie), Dane Archer and Loren Archer; and also Martin Flores. He is also survived by 11 Great Grandchildren.
