He is survived by: his children, Patty Shaffer (Nathan) of Paris, Melissa Watkins (David) of Buchanan, TN, Teresa Clark of Fulton, KY, Tricia Nanrajo (Mark) of Clinton, KY, Stephen England (Stephanie) of Henry, TN, Brian England of Paris, Keith Owensby of Merrillville, IN, Kevin Owensby of Merrillville, IN and Kenny Owensby of Concord, NC; and his siblings, Betty Lemonds of Cottage Grove, TN and Billy England (Wanda) of Paris. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.
At the family's request, masks must be worn, and social distancing observed during both visitation and the service.
