He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Howard, Ruby Bazzell, Homer Carroll and Lily Parrott; his aunt Donna Pierce; and his uncle Don Bazzell.

He is survived by: his parents, Charles Bazzell and Regina Carroll Vines; his daughter Chelsie Bazzell of McKenzie, TN; and his sisters, Melanie Denton (Tom) of Paris, Michele Royal (Doug) of Hollow Rock, TN, Charla Schmidt (Pat) of Henry, TN and Jodi Vines of Waynesboro, MS. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
