He is survived by: his former wife Regina Vines of Paris, TN; his daughter Charla Schmidt (Pat) of Henry, TN; his stepchildren, Melanie Denton, Michele Ridgway and Jodi Vines; his grandchildren, Chelsie Bazzell Warren, Ruby Chantler, CJ Bazzell and Hunter Chantler; and his great grandchild Kane Bazzell.
