He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Floyd Wine and Mary Ann Wine; and his sister Judy Wine. He is survived by: his friend John; his wife Janelle Eileen Wine; his children, Heidi Beth Smith (Tommy), Jessica Jane Domino (David), Terra Janelle Mears (Crystal) and Cody James Mears; and his brothers, Jim (Cyndy), Bob (Sheila), Larry (Janice) and Terry (Marilyn). He is also survived by extended family and dear friends.
