He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Lawrence Emery, Sr. and Alma Baker Emery; his wife Maxine; his brother Calvin Lawrence Emery, Jr.; and his grandson Allen Emery.
He is survived by: his children, Larry Emery (Jane), Dianne Clines (John), Randall Emery (Renee), Victor Emery (Debbie) and Amber Emery; his grandchildren, Adam, Christopher, Wil, Rachel, Lance, Lani, Emmie, John David and Stephanie; and his caregivers, Kim, Dequan, Flo and Jannette. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren; and a host of extended family and dear friends.
