He is survived by: his wife Norma Jean Hall; his children, Debra Jean Garrett (Jim), Joan Allen Suddarth (Jimmy) and William T. "Bill" Hall (Gina); his sister Judith Marie Cotham (David); his grandchildren, Bradley Suddarth (Lindsey), Taylor Richesin (Gannon), Kayla Hall, Niki Garrett, Kara Garret and Will Hall (Haven); and his great grandchildren, Tate Suddarth, Beau Suddarth, Ember Richesin and Greta Richesin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
