She is survived by: her daughter Kristi Worster (Todd); her grandchildren, Lauren Maurer (Garrett), Matthew Kyle Fudge (Shelby), Zander Yarger, Slava Yarger, Brett Worster and Lexi Worster; and her great grandchildren, Avianna Maurer, Fletcher Fudge and Axel Fudge.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Cumberland Crisis Pregnancy Center in memory of Jean.
