She is survived by: her daughter Amanda Wade (Brett) of Clarksville; her grandchildren, Tyler Bond, Gracie Wade, Sarah Wade, Teresa Temple and Christopher Wicker; and her great grandchildren, Mabry, Jacob, Daniel and Michael.
