He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Binkley and Mary Binkley; and his wife Carol Smith Binkley. He is survived by: his daughters, Bonnie Inston and Christie Cole; his grandchildren, Garrett Cole (Lexi), Ashley Cole Mitchell (Lynn), Danielle White and Brandy Brown (Tim); his great grandchild Karma Wymer; and his brother Emery Binkley.
