She was loved and cherished by many people including: her grandparents, Lester, Mary Cook of Addison, NY, Doris and Francis Kelly of Susquehanna, PA; her aunts, Mary Cook of Addison, Lillian Denney of League City, Texas and Ruth Slocum of Starrucca, PA; her uncle Robert Butts of Susquehanna, PA.; her husband Brian Edens; her children, Nickolas Joseph Westgate, Luke Anthony Westgate and Ava Rose Westgate; her stepson Chase Edens; her parents, Eugene Cook (Mandy Mahnke) of Addison and Mary Pat Kelly Upright (Brent Upright) of Painted Post; her brothers, John Costello IV, Christopher Cook, Tyler Cook and Tim Westgate; her stepfather Jack Costello III; her aunt Zilla Cook of Addison; her uncle Jim Kelly (Deb) of Thompson, PA; and her niece Dakota Cook.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Flint Funeral Home (10 Wall St, Addison, NY 14801). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the St. Catherine's Cemetery.
