She was predeceased by: her parents, William Alford and Adeline Reese Alford; her son Chip Tootle; and her brothers, Jim Alford and Bill Alford.
She is survived by: her husband Terry Lewis; her children, Matt Tootle (Jennifer), Ashley Welbern (John) and Janelle Nickelson; her sister Susie Thomas; and her grandchildren, Emma Maher, Will Tootle, Issac Tootle, Adeline Smith, Selah Smith, Ashlee Kate Welbern, Bradley Nickelson and Tyler Nickelson.
