She is survived by: her children, Cassandra Lynn Rich (Charles Morgan) of McCreary County, KY and Terry Michael Yancey of Helenwood; her granddaughters, Charley Elaine (Dawson May), Chloe Lynn and Chantal Mary; and her siblings, Lola Mae Smith, Sharon Phillips (Steve), Wanda Cotton (Bobby), Vickie Webb (Martin) and Mickey Pike (Diana). She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
