She is survived by: her husband James Hubert Phillips (Jim); her son Dustin Phillips (Tiffany Phillips); her grandchildren, Elijah Phillips, Presley Phillips, Bo Kaden Phillips and Houston West; her brothers, Gregory Denton Herrmann, William Ronald Herrmann and Matthew Christopher Herrmann; her nieces and nephews, Ronnie Herrmann, Scott Alexander Herrmann, Christy Lynn Herrmann and Bethany Hope Herrmann; her aunts and uncles, Bill (Laurie Holt), Harold (Betty Brooks), Dorma Hammock and Barbera Hammock; and her close friends, Devonda Bradshaw, Sherry Ellis, Debbie Jeffers Terry, Jared Terry, Roscoe Blevins and Jimmy Jeffers.
