He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Willard, Eva Pike, Tommy and Wilma Cotton. He is survived by: his parents, Mickey Pike and Diane Pike; his fiancée Kathy Holt; his children, Lonny, Donny and Eva; his siblings, Nickie Pike, Daniel Pike (Dakota Humfleet) and April Pike (Jonathan Day); and his nieces and nephews, John, Jesse Day, Seth Posey, Jacee and Ember Pike. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
