He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Raymond and Lura Pansy Young; his wife Mary Sue Young; and his grandsons, Danny Scruggs and Jeremy Daniel Young.
He is survived by: his children, Jimmy Young-Lebanon (Hanna), Edward Young (Carol), Penny Brewster-Hartsville (Bobby) and Kayla Young; and his siblings, Roscoe Young (Dimple), Ray Young (Nina), William Young (Janice), Geneva Stafford, Opal Young-Red, Nova Storey-Lafayette and Jane Cassetty. He is also survived by 10 Grandchildren; 11 Great Grandchildren.
