She was predeceased by: her father Lethard Fitz; her husband Royce Howell; and her siblings, Laffell Stanford, Lena Gregory and Rossie Cothron.
She is survived by: her children, Theresa Stanford (Ed) and Lance Howell (Lynn); her grandchildren, Rob Stanford, Kate Holmes (Aryvia), Kayla Wilkerson (Josh) and Bailey Cato-Hartsville (Dusty); and her great grandchildren, Olivia, Harrison Holmes, Willa, Stella Wilkerson, Kenley and JP Cato.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Hartsville United Methodist Church or to the Fred A. Vaught Public Library.
