She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Foote and Mary Richey Foote; and her husband Hoyt E. Ramsey. She is survived by: her sister Gertrude Arnold; her children, Wayne Ramsey (Pat), Steve Ramsey, Rod Ramsey and Dayna Walraven; her grandchildren, Chris Walraven (Linda), Lisa Parker (James), Amanda Snyder (Jeff) and Brandy Youngblood (Craig); her great grandchildren, Xoe Thacker, Logan Ellis, Megan Ellis, Brylee Youngblood, Avery Youngblood, Luke Snyder and Cole Snyder; and her great great grandchild Madeline Ellis.
