He is survived by: his wife Debra Goins of Harrison, TN; his children, Keith, Douglas, Jason and Angela; his son-in-law Chris South; his brother Bobby Goins; his grandchildren, Meghan, Coty, Mitchell, Marty, Jacob, Robert and Zack; and his nieces, Gina, Kelly and Marissa of Michigan.
