He was predeceased by: his parents, George Coffelt and Katherine Virgie Arnold Coffelt; and his brother Herschel Coffelt. He is survived by: his spouse Judy Coffelt; and his children, Shannon Stewart (Ronnie), Andrea Easter (Travis), Amanda Goodman (Paul), Sherry Coffelt, Steve Coffelt (Amy) and Cindy Wilkie (Dave). He is also survived by eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the VVA 203 Chapter and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
