She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Walker and Viola Fox Walker; her husband Herman Louis Finnell; and her sister Dorothy McKay. She is survived by: her son Randolph Finnell (Kelley) of Ringgold, GA; her grandchildren, Jason Finnell (Natalie) of Signal Mountain and Casey Marsh (Chase) of Ringgold, GA; her great grandchild Jensen Finnell; and her sister-in-law Hazel Finnell of Cleveland. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family requests that memorials be made to the McKamey Animal Center, 4500 N. Access Road, Chattanooga TN 37415.
