He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Floyd Fowler and Vergie; his siblings, Jack, Don and Bobbie Hudgins; and his granddaughter Kissy Fowler.
He is survived by: his wife Etta Lindsay Fowler; his children, Jimmy Fowler (Patricia) and Jamie Fowler (Donald); his grandchildren, Christopher Fowler (Holli) and Rebecca Carr; and his brother David Fowler (Jeanette). He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Alzheimer's Research Foundation or The Pat Summit Foundation.
