She was predeceased by: her parents, George Prestwood and Lila Prestwood; and her brother Alvin A. Prestwood. She is survived by: her brother Travis Prestwood (Karen). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Center at 910 Blackford St, Chattanooga, TN 37403.
