We are sad to announce that on January 12, 2020, at the age of 74, Paul H Smith (Hampton, Tennessee) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his son Anthony; his parents, John H. Smith and Ruby Shepherd Smith; his sisters, Gaynell and Peggy of Hampton; and his close friends, Wayne Davis and Richard Hicks.

He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Radford Smith; his son Brian (Karen) of Elizabethton; his grandchildren, Andrea, Taylor of Hampton, Jacob of Elizabethton, Katie and Courtney of Elizabethton; and his brother James (Pansy) of Hampton. He is also survived by Several aunts, uncles and cousins.
