He was predeceased by: his siblings, Margaret Young of Morristown, Priscilla Walton of New Tazewell, TN and David Walker (Gladys) of Westland; and his stepbrother Several. He is survived by: his wife Wanda G. Neely Walker; his son Lowell Dean (Analise Walker); his grandchildren, Shauna Alise Walker and Shay Thomas Walker; his great grandchild Faith Huml of Knoxville, TN; and also Starr Huml. He is also survived by other Several nieces and nephews and a host of relatives and friends.
