He was predeceased by: his father Charles W. Weaver; his stepfather George Duncan; and his grandparents, Dora Brantley, Jahue Brantley and Pearl Weaver.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Weaver; his children, Elgin Weaver, Clint Weaver, Amber Weaver, Codee Weaver and Luci Weaver; his grandchildren, Vanessa Weaver, Weston Weaver, Caden Weaver and Skye Weaver; his stepgrandchildren, Aliah Robinson, Emily Robinson and Jordan Robinson; his mother Lucy Vandella Duncan; and his siblings, David (Dana Weaver), Janet Brooks, Debbie Hill and Butch Hill. He is also survived by 6 nephews; 1 niece.
