He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mose Birdwell and Almeta Stocker Birdwell; his son Billy Winton; his wife Pat Meeks Birdwell; his sons, Bobby Winton (Melissa), Terry Winton (Judy), Mike Birdwell and Eddie Birdwell (Melissa); and his sister Betty Delius. He was also cherished by great grandchildren.
