She was predeceased by: her mother Dixie Lee Nunley Layne. She is survived by: her father Franklin Parks Layne Sr.; her husband James Wayne Tate; her siblings, Parks Layne, Gene Layne and Charlotte Meeks; her children, Shasta Nunley (Mike) and James Michael Tate (Sam); her grandchildren, Dixie, Jaxon Nunley, Bobby Ice, Miranda, Raven, Damon Tate and Bryant Shadrick; and her great grandchildren, Ben, Eli, Willow, Jayden, Hunter, Kree and Hemi. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
