She is survived by: her spouse Powell Minyard; her daughters, Melanie (Steve) of Jackson, TN and Becky (Shanye) of Memphis, TN; her siblings, Janis Rachels of Jackson, Waymon Rachels, Elon Rachels, Hertha Grantham, Sam Rachels and Hal Rachels; and also Brown of Jackson, TN. She is also survived by her parents, husband.
