It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Max Allen Crouse (Greenfield, Tennessee), who passed away on January 12, 2020, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Max Henry Crouse and Marguerite King. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Crouse of Greenfield; his children, Jeff Crouse (Karen), Steven Crouse (Tiffany) of Greenfield and Suzanne Clark (Tim) of Gleason, TN.; and his sister Polly Thermon (Parks) of Dyersburg. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
In Lieu flowers the family has requested donations be made to the American Heart Association and St. Jude Children Hospital.
