He is survived by: his children, Michelle Vinson of McKenzie, TN and Jeff McAlister of Bradford, TN.; his brothers, Ted Ray McAlister and Anthony McAlister; and his friend Linda Carlton. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, six great grandchildren.
