With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Edward Shelton Jr. (Greenfield, Tennessee), born in Quincy, Illinois, who passed away on August 1, 2021 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his stepfather Charlie Holman; and his brothers, Jeff Shelton and Randy Shelton. He is survived by: his fiancée Carolina Robbins; his parents, James Edward Shelton Sr. and Darlene Griffin Shelton; his siblings, Tammy Kinard, Lisa Shelton, Dawn Lampkins (Carey), C. Shelton and Danny Shelton (Laura); his children, Jamion Shelton (Laura), Kristi Davison (Kevin), Wesley Britt (Hannah) and Christian Robbins; and his grandchildren, Kenny Davison, Makala Sitzes, Malori Shelton, Dylan Davison, Maura Shelton, Riley Britt, Abby Britt, Bryar Britt and Ashlan Shelton.
In Lieu of Flowers, the family requests that donations are made to the Jim Shelton Scholarship Fund and Angel Tree Fund set up at Greenfield Banking Company.
