He was predeceased by: his parents, William Bennet Puckett and Audrey Doster. He is survived by: his wife Martha Puckett of Greenfield; his son Jason Puckett of Greenfield; and his sisters, Debbie (Kenneth), Byrd of Gleason and Anita Gammons of Rutherford. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
