He was predeceased by: his mother Texie Bailey; his former wife Mamie Bailey; and his siblings, Carl Bailey, Jess Bailey, Bud Bailey, Ruby Jeffers and Beatrice Arrowood.

He is survived by: his wife Betty Bailey; his son Danny Bailey; his siblings, Katherine Archer, Bob Bailey and Doug Bailey; his grandchild Christian Fletcher; and his great grandchildren, Jaxon Sholly and Maci Dixon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
