He was predeceased by: his father Donald West; and his grandparents, Kurt, Pearl West and Luster. He is survived by: his mother Louise West; his children, Jessica Nalley (Michael) and Joshua West; his brothers, Tony West (Jeannie), Teddy West and Tommy West (Kathy); and his close friend Hal Starnes. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
