He is survived by: his mother Diane Jones; his sons, Thomas Michael Stephens of Lake Wales, FL, Brandon Ray Stephens of Lake Wales, FL and Kyle Stephens of Ellijay, GA; his siblings, Floyd Milner (Salina) of Greeneville, Donnie Stephens (Meghan) of Greeneville, Bruce Stephens (Shira) of Lake Wales, FL and Stephanie Gregaitis (Mark) of Greeneville; his close friend Leslie Jones; his stepdaughter Jurnee Davis of Greeneville; his grandchildren, Kimberly Stephens of Lake Wales and Justice Shepard of Greeneville; his nieces and nephews, Dalton and Reagan Stephens; and his close friends, Lisa Riddle, Allison Riddle and Jeff Babb. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
