He was predeceased by: his parents, Terry Lynn McCormack and Velma Faye Ault. He is survived by: his wife Lynn McCormack; his children, Joshua (Natalia McCormack), Jeremy McCormack and Shannon McCormack; his grandchildren, Kaia, Ivy and Liamm McCormack; and his sisters, Robin McCormack and Brenda Olsen. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
