He is survived by: his wife Helen Lowery; his son Raymond Jr.; his daughter-in-law Gina Lowery of Bella Vista, CA; his daughter Becky; his son-in-law Randy Bettis of Mosheim; his grandchildren, Dalton, Wesley and Abigail Lowery of Bella Vista, CA; his sister Nancy Koplin of Greeneville; his sisters-in-law, Jessica Lowery of Marion, KY, Jeanette Reynolds and Elizabeth Greene of Greeneville; and his half-siblings, Leroy Lowery (Wendy) of Illinois, Ralph Lowery of Illinois and Paula Warner of Illinois.
