She was predeceased by: her daughter Chandra Payne; her parents, Jack Justice and Bertie Justice; her sisters, June Cross and Mary Elizabeth Douthat; and her half-brother G. D. Boles.
She is survived by: her husband Dean Payne; her daughters, Krista Whitson (Terry) and Tammy Reaves; her grandchildren, Brad Whitson (Leslie), Tara Cuthrell (Carl), Channa Payne, Kylie Reaves and Macie Reaves; her great grandchildren, Shelby Cuthrell, Carter Cuthrell, Bella Whitson, Charlie Nicholson and Bralie Whitson; her caregiver Linda Guinn (Keith); her nephew Brian Guinn; her niece Kathy Boles; her caregiver Letitia "Cissy" Ebmeyer; and her close friend Kerry Fuller.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorial contributions be made to Bradburn Hill United Methodist Church or the charity of your choice.
