She was predeceased by: her parents, J. P. Wagoner and Esther Wagoner; her former husband Edgar Webb; her husband H. R. Taylor; her son Gerald (Kerrie) of Modesto; and her siblings, Jessie Wagoner, James Wagoner and Clifford Wagoner.
She is survived by: her sons, Larry Webb (Marilyn) of Albany, OR, Bill Webb (Nancy) of Modesto, CA and Steve Webb (Brenda) of Seabrook, TX; her daughter-in-law Kerrie Webb of Modesto, CA; her stepdaughter Joann Shackleford; and her grandchildren, Angela Sally (Ryan) of Albany, OR, Evan Webb of Albany, OR, Alexis Webb of Santa Rosa, CA, Andrew Webb of Modesto, CA, Melissa Bielat (Gary) of Seabrook, TX and Tammy Calzadillas (Lou) of Seabrook, TX. She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren and also numerous nieces and nephews.
