She was predeceased by: her husband Cecil Shipley; her parents, Nora Trusty and Ward Trusty; and her siblings, Gary Trusty and Linda Britton.
She is survived by: her son Jerry; her daughter-in-law Haven Taylor; her daughters, Cynthia (Matthew Jennings) and August (Wayne Rutledge); her grandchildren, Hanna, Jacey, Karsyn Taylor, Nicholas, Devin Jennings, Tyler, Henry Sexton, Isaac, Jerry Long, Katelyn Rutledge, Alexis Shipley, Miranda and Cayden Shelton; her sisters, Wanda Arnold and Joyce Johnson; her siblings-in-law, Bobby Britton and Bernice Trusty; and her cousin Danny Johnson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and cousins.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to Dr. Charles Montgomery and his nurses Dana and Rachel. in lieu of flowers memorials maybe made to the funeral home to help defray funeral expenses.
