She is survived by: her son Gary; her daughter-in-law Cindy Chapman of Chuckey; her grandchildren, Kevin Chapman, Kari Campbell and Dr. Caitlin Chapman-Rambo (Bill); her great grandchildren, Garrett Campbell, Harper Rambo and Hayden Rambo; and her great great grandchild Brayden Campbell.
