She is survived by: her children, Phil Shipley of Greeneville and Lorretta Kelley (Junior) of Greeneville; her grandchildren, Miranda Carter of Greeneville, Tyler Kelley (Maci) of Greeneville and Alexis Shipley of Newport; her great grandchildren, Cayden Shelton (Kayden Kelley) of Greeneville and Sophia Harris of Newport; and her son-in-law Michael Carter of Greeneville. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
