She was predeceased by: her parents, Uless Kirk and Bertha Kirk; her husband William C. Looney; and her siblings, Vernecie Ragon, Gaynell Carter, Edith Pauline Kirk and Riley "Pete" Kirk.
She is survived by: her children, Roger (Elaine Looney), Terry (Ronnie Smith) and Joe Looney of Jonesborough; her grandchildren, Stephanie (Rodney Arnold), Brian Looney, Rachel Thompson, Mark (Cindy Klepper) and Michael (Star Klepper); and her great grandchildren, Jordan Cutshall, Sadie Bowers, Chauncey Arnold, Celi Arnold, Evan Klepper, Luke Klepper, Eli Klepper and Ethan Klepper. She is also survived by several step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
