He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his daughter Kristie (Keith Sampson); his grandson Hayden Lee Sampson; his sister Mabel Berry; his siblings-in-law, Margaret and Paul Harris; his nieces and nephews, Sheronda Hope (Lynn), Rachel Stanton, Jennifer Holt (Bobby) and Jeff Ramsey (Andrea); his great-nieces, Ashlie and Hannah Holloway; and his great-nephew Jordan Hope.
