He is survived by: his wife Nancy Chapman; his children, Kim Fawbush (Wayne) of Illinois and Robin Chapman of Greeneville; his stepchildren, Nathan Gregg of Greeneville, Deanna Herskind (Brian) of Greeneville and Joe Boles (Deborah) of Greeneville; his grandchildren, Dessica Baros (Josh) of Illinois, Jeremy Fawbush (Karen) of Illinois, Cody Fawbush (Emily) of Illinois, Matthew Chapman of Illinois, Rebbeca Chapman of Johnson City, Nathan Chapman of Kingsport, Josh Gregg of Atlanta, Hayley Mayfield (Jacob) of Greeneville, Adam Boles (Anna) of Jonesborough, Jermiah Stout (Lauren) of Blountville, Cassie Bryant (Charles) of Nashville, Danielle Brewer and Kevin Chapman Jr. of Arizona; his sisters, Doris Jean Britton (Jim) and Brenda Carter; and his siblings-in-law, Beverely Chapman and Jamup Ayers (Margeret). He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren; and 1 great great grandchild.
