She is survived by: her father Floyd Collins (Rita Collins); her son James Michael Luckett (MaKayla Luckett); her husband Bruce Campbell; her siblings, Donna Bailey (David Bailey) of Greeneville, TN and Chris Collins (Tab Collins); and her nephews, Joshua Bailey (Ashley) and Ben Bailey (Amanda).
