He is survived by: his wife Judy J. Smith; his son Dean; his daughter-in-law Cindy Smith; his grandchildren, Shantelle Smith and Jason Lee Smith; his great grandchildren, Kendell Lady, Asher Smith and Tommie Sutton; his nephew Daniel Sutton; his pet Ozzy; and also Cathy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; sister-in-law.
